What We Did
We were delighted to work with Fine Time Pubs on a complete upholstery and refurbishment project for The Salusbury Pub & Dining Room in London, a stylish, welcoming venue known for its modern dining and relaxed pub atmosphere.
This project called for a high level of detail and a variety of bespoke seating styles to suit the distinct areas of the venue, and our team delivered with care, precision, and craftsmanship.
Our upholstery brief included a stunning combination of banquette seating styles:
- Plain banquettes with cushion-style ends for a soft, inviting finish
- Sewn-in fluted banquettes upholstered in Futura Eta Bourbon, a premium faux leather with a rich tone and sleek texture
- Deep button back banquettes carefully crafted for the main dining area, adding a timeless, elegant touch
Each piece was custom-made to complement the interior aesthetic, combining comfort with visual impact.
We also refurbished 54 of the restaurant's dining chairs, reupholstering each one and giving them a fresh polish throughout. Where frames remained structurally sound, we preserved and restored them rather than replacing, championing a recover, not renew approach. The result? Beautifully revitalised chairs that honour the original design while supporting a more sustainable way to refresh your space.
To ensure every element was just right, our team also handled the onsite joinery, provided all capping's, and used soft foam throughout for maximum comfort and durability, essential for a busy hospitality setting.
As with all our commercial work, this project was completed using high-performance materials chosen for durability and ease of maintenance, without compromising on style. From bespoke banquettes to fully refurbished dining chairs, every detail was designed with comfort, practicality, and visual impact in mind.
