We have a range of options available to you when it comes to choosing material suitable for outdoor use. Sunbrella fabrics are well known for their suitability for outdoor use in potentially harsh conditions. With a vast array of design options open to you, from plain to patterned, and subtle to bold, they offer a fantastic selection of waterproof or water resistant options. Most of their materials are UV protected to prevent fading and come with a 5 year guarantee – what more could you need! Whether your outdoor cushions are for use on a boat, in a garden, or perhaps a semi-covered area, Sunbrella are renowned for offering only the best.
We do have other alternatives available, in case you can’t quite find what you’re looking for, with offerings from Agora, Agua Fabrics, Sunbury Design and Warwick Fabrics as well. Keep an eye out if you browse for outdoor fabrics as some are actually only water resistant and even those that describe themselves as waterproof may seem to fail when water ingresses through the seams. We can prevent this from happening by sealing the seams with a specially designed waterproof tape, which we would particularly recommend if you intend to keep the cushions outside all year long – come rain or shine!

Wave goodbye to soggy, mouldy cushions! Reticulated foam is designed with a honeycomb structure to allow water to simply drain through, rather than being absorbed. It has been specifically developed for outdoor use and serves its purpose well. Please note, reticulated foam does not conform to fire regulations and as such we would recommend you store your cushions in a shed or similar if you choose to bring your cushions inside. There are other foam options available to you if you intend to bring the cushions inside on a regular basis, which our Sales Team would be happy to take you through at one of our showrooms.
